ABOUT THE ARTISAN

In 2023, Mercy House Global welcomed our first in-house artisan to the Local Hope program at our warehouse in Magnolia, Texas. After completing her 18-month holistic healing program, Angel was ready to begin the next season of her life with a full-time job and a home of her very own. It has been a joy for the staff to walk with her, and it has provided such perspective and a daily reminder of the why behind our hard work to empower vulnerable families in Jesus' name.

Angel’s transition has not been without hardship or setbacks, but she is determined not to let them hinder her progress. She has been working on personal and professional development as she begins to set goals dream about her future.
