We are able to accept returns of unworn merchandise with tags still attached within 30 days of shipping. Please email us if you need to return or exchange an item.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 15 days of its arrival and we will work hard to get you a replacement or refund your order. We may request photos or for you to return the damaged item back to us so we can inspect it and communicate any quality issues with the artisan group.
If you have received tracking information from us, but you have not yet received your package, please reach out to your local post office for further assistance. Once your package has left our building and is received by the mail carrier, we are no longer responsible for its whereabouts. If your tracking says it has been delivered but it has still not arrived, wait a few more days before calling your local postal service.
